Having completed an AV upgrade in 2021, we are dedicated to ensuring our events continue to benefit from high spec equipment.
All our equipment is serviced quarterly and our AV hire fees go towards the continual reinvestment in our AV services.

Each of these rooms have an in-built data projector and screen available for hire.
We offer both a wireless connection, via Barco click, or a hard-line connection via HDMI cable. If you hire a laptop from us you simply need to bring your USB stick with you on the day.
The Large Common Rooms also benefit for an in-built PA system for use of up to 2x lapel microphones and up to 2x cordless handheld microphones. This can be extended upon through our AV supplier depending on your needs.

Each of our smaller rooms benefit from a 55” plasma screen that can be connected to via HDMI cable.
The hire fee for our plasma screens are much lower than a data projector and screen helping keep AV fees in our smaller rooms in proportion. If you hire a laptop from us you simply need to bring your USB stick with you on the day.
If you are hosting an event on our lawn and would like to make some speeches or play some background music our portable PA system is available for hire.
We partner with a leading AV supplier to provide you with specialised AV support based on your specific needs.
We have created the below packages of the most popular AV hire bundles to give guidance on hire rates. These packages can be adapted to suit your specific requirements so you only pay for what you need.
Our operations team will be on-hand to assist you with connecting to our in-house equipment during set-up, they will also be onsite for any ad-hoc support you may require throughout your day at no additional charge.
If you require the support of an in-room technician for sound, lighting or simply peace of mind we partner with PF Events whose technicians are an extended part of our Goodenough team.
Free wi-fi is available throughout our venue. Hard-lines are also available on request

Professional streaming is expensive, so if you’re on a budget but need attendees to be able to engage with your conference or meeting then our Meeting Owl is the gadget for you.
